Youtube account Terminated

I had a good account with 300+ subscriber and 50k + views with $167 revenue. But unfortunately, it got terminated on a basis of fake views a few months back ans after contacting youtube was not ready to take any actions on it.

So, I thought to create a new account and apply forAdsensee, but today i checked on monetisation section it says 4000-minute views and 1000 subscriber in a year is required to qualify for monetisation.

May i know the best possibilities that i can do?
It seems hard to achieve 1k subs and 4k views minutes in 12 months.

Any suggestion or ideas ae welcome.

Not to brag or something but I got 2k subs in arround 6 months.

Only thing is I was grinding for real the channel but I had 0 knowledge on the "YT Marketing/SEO/Wtv" so If I was able to do it I guess you can too

PS: So I think the metrics they asking shouldnt be hard to achieve tbh, since I knew nothing and was able to get those 2k subs

Do you mind asking me your niche and how did you reach to people, like fb sharing and all ?

I reached 8k and 1k subs few days before. I think it took 2 months, now I am waiting for being reviewed for 5 days I think. I did no bullshit of views or sub4sub. Fair views and fair subs. One my my video went great with 390k+ views and other views hardly 500-1k views. So if your one video goes well, you hit that target easily. But now I am thinking with 50k+ views you got that earning, I have fking wasted my almost 400k views and all that juicy revenue

. MAKE SURE You dont use same adsense, or you get will suspended again, my personal experience. So I have created new adsense and new YT channel to see if it works. Currently waiting for their review

Making money online niche, and yeah I did shared on FB on a group I created on "How To Make Money Online", not much else to say.
