[YOUTUBE] account suspended after posting a video

Hello,
this is the second youtube account that i get suspended, and these are old accounts, how can i post a givaway video explaining the steps to do on youtube and fly under the radar ? i tried to unlist the video, still a few hours later the account is banned.

i ripped the video from another guy from bhw he has it unlisted. the other was edited by me so its not the same one, there is no copyright material

i uploaded it on vimeo for now but it will probably lower my conversion rates, what do you guys think about this plan

*use a usa somewhat old youtube account,
*slightly edit the video so its not the exact same as the others (but how ? would appreciate some help)
* post it as unlisted and boost using smm
