From last 15-20days i am getting and email "someone logged in your fb account , confirm its you"
Mails are in spam folder.
Today i got Google verification for same mail id on phones notification bar.(2 times)
What should i do
Please help

I get tons of these every single day, faked from every service you can imagine. Just bin them. If you are worried change your password but only by visiting the sites in your browser, NOT following the links in the phishing emails.
 
if it's not from facebook or google someone is doing that to you in order for you to click on their links and maybe login through their link. You don't really have to do anything, they are just fishing, just don't bite :D Also, never ever click such links in emails, if you want to check something open a fresh browser and enter the address manually.
 
Change your password and if you can also update the email on the accounts.
 
Do not click any links. Just change your password and make your account security tight.
