via crypto lol...

Its insane how many of these people there are.

Brother NO ONE in the usa is going to pay you in crypto.

We can't write off your payments as business expenses so we have to pay you in personal post tax dollars.

It blows my mind people still ask to get paid this way.

In California we lose half. Then we have to exhange to coinbase for a fee.

If you want 40% of whatever you're asking for yea sure you can get BTC but if you want 2.5x here's some USD.

With that said I can help you with what you're trying to do if you're still interested.

That is completely false. I am not in the US or USA, but I am a national of the several States by birthright and I routinely use crypto as a medium of exchange. The only thing that qualifies as money, by law, is gold and silver coin. If you want to fedex me my share in lawful tender of the United States then I am OK with that too but I think crypto is a bit more convenient.

Sounds like you need a new accountant. Whatever you might pay to someone like myself could easily be written off as "advertising expenses", "professional services", etc... but why are you even "paying" excise taxes on private compensation for your time and labor? Surely you have read the United States statutes regarding this matter, that, you merely need to demand lawful money per 12 U.S. Code § 411 and you are no longer subject to any duties or obligations that come with the use of "FEDERAL RESERVE NOTES". Surely you have also read the instruction sheet attached to every IRS form that clearly states you only need to pay tax if you receive "federal income" or "gross income" (where the word "income" alone is never defined because it would be unlawful), and by the wording of the statutes "gross income" effectively means a tax on profit realized from holding public office per the excise statutes of the United States.

If it "blows your mind" then it seems to me that you are the one who needs help as far as your accounting goes. There are plenty of places where you can exchange crypto for notes other than coinbase, and the fees are generally in the 1-1.5% range.

Those who would consider participating in this JV should contact me privately, as is stated in the OP.

Can you do local service business?
We are covering 5000 zips for Garage repair, an established network, we offer weekly payouts, 24/7 dispatching office and more.
Let's talk

Sure, that's not a problem. If you give me the list of ZIPs you are targeting I can select an email list for you from my database. In this case it would be helpful, but not necessary, if you provided me with targeted email lists to help boost volume. PM me if you want to continue. Thanks.

You sound like one of those delusional sovereign citizens.

I own a business in the USA. I have a coinable business account. I know what I am talking about.

I bought my first BTC over 11 years ago.

You cannot legally pay for a business expense with crypto in the USA.

IT IS IMPOSSIBLE. You CANNOT DO IT.

As a matter of fact make a business account yourself on coinbase or any US platform and see what happens if you try to send a crypto payment with a business card. They TRACK visa and mastercard numbers and know its a business card and they proceed to BLOCK the transaction. I literally tried to circumvent it, you can't.

You can buy crypto, you can hold crypto, you can take crypto as payment...

But you cannot make a payment with it and have it be written off against your books as a business expense.

Get a fucking clue pal. You and every foreigner in these shithole countries have so much trouble comprehending it and you are sinking your businesses in the process.

We literally can't work with you it makes ZERO economic sense. And so no one reputable ruling legal businesses will every work with you.

Good Luck. You're gonna need it pal.

You sound like one of those delusional sovereign citizens.
You sound like an idiot who doesn't know what the Organic Laws of the United States say, doesn't know what a republic is, and believes that reddit-tier memes are a sign of intelligence. How can one be both "sovereign" and a "citizen"? Please explain.

You clearly don't know much about anything, and you have documented this for us.

I don't know what you are talking about, fool, but two people can contract on whatever terms they both find agreeable. If both agree that "crypto" has value in that it satisfies the contractual requirement of "valuable consideration" then who is anyone else to say otherwise?

IT IS IMPOSSIBLE. You CANNOT DO IT.
The only lawful way to extinguish debt is to tender gold or silver coin, lawfully minted by the US Mint. Your silly "money or its equivalent" only serves to discharge claims of indebtedness...but really, because there is no money in circulation anymore, nobody can be in debt and thus it is an act of fraud to claim that another man or woman is indebted. This is also why, for any alleged debt, you can simply print out your own promissory note and tender payment per UCC 3-603.

They TRACK visa and mastercard numbers and know its a business card and they proceed to BLOCK the transaction. I literally tried to circumvent it, you can't.
Why would you not fund your account via EFT or wire transfer? And why are you talking about coinbase again, as if there are no other options for buying crypto using a card?

You can buy crypto, you can hold crypto, you can take crypto as payment...

But you cannot make a payment with it and have it be written off against your books as a business expense.
Let's just excuse your severe level of ignorance here...but do you also think that paying for something in another currency is also "impossible" just because the conversion from one currency to another happens transparently? If you spend $1,000 to pay someone in crypto, you write of $1,000. The fact that it was converted to a crypto token before being sent is irrelevant. As I said before, you clearly have no clue what you're talking about but you have a lot to say.

Get a fucking clue pal. You and every foreigner in these shithole countries have so much trouble comprehending it and you are sinking your businesses in the process.
I'm glad that you decided to post this all publicly. Hopefully most people will avoid working with you in any capacity. Not only are you a fool, but you clearly don't understand the nature of The United States of America. You actually think you are "in" the UNITED STATES. Are you stupid? The UNITED STATES IS NOT A COUNTRY IT IS A UNION OF SOVEREIGN NATION-STATES. I was born upon the land of one of the several states; thus by birthright I am a national of that state. You are the foreigner and you don't even know it.

We literally can't work with you it makes ZERO economic sense. And so no one reputable ruling legal businesses will every work with you.

Oh no, say it isn't so. You're looking for someone on BHW to freeload off of and your initial post is you whining about taxes you don't even owe (but pay because you are stupid), and then somehow your internal accounting practices is my problem because...you are not smart enough to realize that if you had to convert USD to crypto as part of the payment, you simply account for the USD spent to acquire the crypto? NGMI

Of course you can pay someone in crypto and TRY to write it off as a business expense.

Which will work great until you get audited. The same way all tax fraud does.

But no accountant is going to sign off on you writing that off as a business expense as there is no paper trail. Pointing to the bitcoin ledger does not work. You can't prove who you paid. This is why networks send every affiliate tax documents every year.

I feel bad for you. You've been here since 2009. You sound like a very immature teenager who lacks experience.

Just for pure comedic value can we hear what 3rd world country you're nit grinding in as it would really finish the picture I'm painting of you in my mind.

You paid them in whatever currency you use and write that off. Converting it to crypto before sending it is beside the point. Why are you so stupid?

Dude, why are you even here? Tax fraud? Did you even read the original response to you? Don't answer - I know you didn't. Taxation in the United States is voluntary. It's only fraud if you report something that is materially false - because you sign each return under penalty of perjury. Seriously dude, just stop talking. The more you say the more you prove how clueless you really are.

Accountants work with what you give them, and there is no obligation for you to have some kind of third party record of a transaction. If you report something and they question it, it falls upon them to prove that what you said isn't true and you are not obligated to provide any additional detail to them.

You sound like a poorly-coded GPT bot. This thread is not the place for you to be advertising your ineptitude.

I doubt you are capable of painting, let alone thought...but the comedic value of a NPC who believes their script is thought was sufficient for them to make a movie about you: "Free Guy (2021)"

I am not your opponent the rest of the world is.
