The only thing that qualifies as money, by law, is gold and silver coin. If you want to fedex me my share in lawful tender of the United States then I am OK with that too but I think crypto is a bit more convenient.

Whatever you might pay to someone like myself could easily be written off as "advertising expenses", "professional services", etc... but why are you even "paying" excise taxes on private compensation for your time and labor? Surely you have read the United States statutes regarding this matter, that, you merely need to demand lawful money per 12 U.S. Code § 411 and you are no longer subject to any duties or obligations that come with the use of "FEDERAL RESERVE NOTES". Surely you have also read the instruction sheet attached to every IRS form that clearly states you only need to pay tax if you receive "federal income" or "gross income" (where the word "income" alone is never defined because it would be unlawful), and by the wording of the statutes "gross income" effectively means a tax on profit realized from holding public office per the excise statutes of the United States.
