Many chanel,most make 1m views per month but have a little money.
Does anyone can help me raise AdSense Rpm ?

Me and my brother's channel has been around for about 2 years.

We didn't work too much on it for most of that time, but this summer we lit a fire under our asses and we are getting it going pretty good.

Right now, we have about 2k subscribers
We get about 2k views a day now, so about 60k per month.
Our revenue is at about 1.00 to 2.00 a day and lifetime is about 130.00.

We are still growing. We saw some serious success with a recent review video of another series on YouTube. That has received about 240k views in the last month, but the growth went down pretty damn quick. It was a minor "viral" event, and we have been attempting to replicate it ever since.

Monetization strategies:
Amazon reviews
Continued ad revenue
Ebooks, eventually.

We will be starting a site soon with it, and will do some SEO and whatnot to get it going.

We expect this one channel to give us complete full time income, but we have plans for additional channels for our own little "network". When I have the investment capital, I'm going to look into Amazon's FBA, affiliate websites, etc.

Our goal is to eventually make 1 million dollars a year.
