Depends on a niche, for example:
Hot babes/adults - 300-700 new followers daily
Fashion - 150-200 new followers daily
Sport - less than 100 new followers daily

Of course it heavily depends on your current follower count and niche. I see 50/day for a ~5K 'standard niche' (not easy nor hard to grow) the average.
