You become 5x productive, especially at nighttime :D hardly take 3 to 4 hours of sleep. Caffeine becomes your friend.

Um I am 100% in when do something, and I love to focus my work. Any distraction makes me quit, even for days.

I am 30 now with workout of 20 years already, 2-3 or 1 session a day, at least 3-4hours busy up to half day if need.

I do this to relax, feel strong, and some other goals that I would speak years later from now :)



My workouts burned me many times, because I never wanted to reduce them and follow my body mind sleep needs etc.

I also used weed for 4-5 and smoke for around 11 years.


Was hard to get off, even when I decided to rely on God, I still had to suffer few more years before becoming str8 person.

Addictions are hard and God won't help just like that, you need to be consistent and fail even with God on your side few times more.

I was lucky because whole my life I know about God and I do not believe, I know Him, even on drugs.

Then after like 3+ years of praying, quitting, getting back, quitting again, God decided it's enough and cleared me.

He done this to test my faith(He was silent), to learn me to be grateful, to learn me to help others and the most important:

If I brag about anything, I will brag about me knowing the Lord.

(addictions are very dangerous by the way, because life is carrying many shits, and we all can dive in our top performing additions very quickly)



I had few super down periods and that one described here was the worst. Well we humans, we're capable of anything I would say.

Put a man in a stinky room, just 10-20min later he won't smell nothing weird.

Put a frog in pot with cold water, then slowly warm it up, dead frog.

How to not burn out? You have to jump off on time.


Fears are killing man's will to grow. You would be amazed with what you can achieve if you become able to face your fears more and more often, until you break em.

Roboform is your friend! It has never failed me. All of my passwords are 20 + characters, with multiple accounts from the same company. There is NO WAY without Roboform!
