3-4 days no sleep flat

taking a shower was never an option (couple of days)

sleep 2-4 hours often

getting fat drastically

feeling dead

using drugs

eat very wrong food

I've lived this life even with very high earnings too

Hopefully never again (situation is a couple of years old)

Edit: duration of 4-5 months constant
