I have also got my you tube account set up with google adsense, but from what i read, i have to upload my videos only. So with this in mind, when you say you uploaded some videos, did you make them yourself?

Or do you get someone to make them for you? I want to start you a tube campagin, but not sure 'how to go about it'.

Of course man. You have to upload your own videos. I am doing CPA for a software. I used screen recorder and gave my voice over to explain the features of that software. In the description, I will have my affiliate link.

For a PPD, I used notepad and screen recorder. I start screen recorder and type on notepad with a big font. Then erase it and type again. This is how I do. I myself did not like this video. I prefer first method.

If you are not good at it then go to fiverr and outsource the video, get it and upload into YouTube. Get some likes, comments, subscribers and once you are getting normal views without doing anything then go for monetizing using google adsense.

Good luck. Reading = 0 money. Doing = $$ money. So start working.

PPD:

My PPD video is on Page 14. I did not give views through AddMeFast and also google updated. So it is clear that it lost its ranking. I am less bothered about this now. With just another 1k views, I know I can get it to Page 1 because I chose less competitive niche. So one issue is gone.

CPA:

Video is yet to come so no progress in it.

AMAZON AFFILIATE:

This is the amazing part. I posted ads in local classified sites. I got some responses and I made them to go to my blog to purchase. I did this on Saturday and enjoyed my weekends.

Just a few minutes back, I checked my blog. It got several unique visitors. That amazed me. Then I went to Amazon affiliates website, logged in and checked stats. I got 15 clicks. But zero conversions.

After thinking for some time, I understood why all the views were not converted to clicks and why all clicks were not converted to purchases. The main drawback is I did not tell them in the blog that I will be selling from amazon. The second most horrible thing is my blog is just a crap. No one can figure out how to purchase from my blog. That is the reason for getting more unique visitors and yet no one purchasing from it.

Now I have decided to make a website of my own instead of blog. I know how to post attractive ads and I know how to speak to people. I have planned my own twists to get conversions. I am sure of making a minimum of $20 a day. So I have decided to concentrate more on this.
I know some experts of IM are following my thread. Please help me guys:

Domain: I know several places of getting domain name. Godaddy, namecheap, dotster and so on. So no issues with this.

Hosting: I heard about Hostgator. I also saw offers of lifetime hosting from eBay. I think some BHW members offer hosting. Now I am confused about how to choose what fits me. What factors should I look at before selecting a hosting service?

The main thing is I am confused. I don't know what to purchase and what not.

Here are my site requirements: I want a HTML5 website, domain and hosting. I will be having a database of around 100 products in my site with different categories. I want to update it with ease. Above all, I WANT TO DESIGN THE SITE MYSELF IN THE WAY I WANT.

Here are my questions:

1. I want to change data in the back-end and it should appear in the front-end. What kind of hosting facility supports this?

2. I want to design my own website. Is this possible? What skills I need for this?

I am not asking anyone to spoon-feed me. After seeing my requirements and the questions I asked, I know the experts will be knowing just what I need. Suggest what is good for me. Searching google gives me lot of unrelated information so I want good piece of info at one place. That will solve my confusions.

Looking forward for helpful replies.

I have uploaded the video into YouTube and gave a small push through AddMeFast. I will wait for seven days and order Fiverr gigs for HR views. I might even consider BigBuddy for YouTube views. Not much to do in this week.

Amazon affiliates:
I went to Wix and started designing my own website from a template. I am searching for a good domain name and asked my gf to suggest some. Within the two days I will purchase the domain, launch my website, I will create a Facebook page and twitter group. I am not making a review site like others. I want make it as a brand. This will be my long-term venture.

I even tried weebly but the templates are pale and I don't want to buy a premium template now. It will be a part of my future plan though. So I am sticking to Wix. Hosting costs $12.95 per month. Any other options available? I really like the Wix template and I am not good at building website on my own. I guess, I have to stick to Wix.

Some advices are welcome.

Update:

1. YouTube removed all my videos after getting good amount of views and subscribers. I was broke because I was getting views naturally without doing anything.

2. Amazon Associates worked well for me:
a) Post ads in local classifieds by mentioning the name of the blog. Amazon doesn't likes classifieds traffic so I drive them to my blog.
b) There I have just placed the clickable links to the corresponding products. In the beginning I was always getting clicks but no conversions. But finally got one conversion. I know how it works and learnt what local people are looking. Below are the instructions:

3. I secured a regular 9 to 5 job. I know it sucks but I have to move away from home. I cannot involve in IM for the next month until I manage to get my own computer there.
