I don't use xvideos to upload watermarked videos so this might not be very relevant ( I use pornhub, vporn and spankbang) but one thing I noticed was to reduce the quality of the videos? So even if you have a 720p or 1080p video, cut it down to 540p and then upload it. Also if possible leave the actor/actress name out of the title and put it in the description box instead. I don't have any technical reasons as to why these work but they have been doing fine for me thus far. Hope that helps!
Your videos was not ghost on pornhub?
I really don't understand how these DMCA works. Even if i use amateur videos without any watermarks and pretty clear non professional content - i get pretty soon blocking actions.
I see other videos, like compilations with visible copyright breaks and they jump to millions of views and didn't get reported. But a unknown indian village slut is protected by everything...
How to grow a xvideo account if you don't know if the next video is your last one?
As i read, many people got this problem...
Hello, I have read your comment in this forum, because I have had a similar problem these days and I am nervous. It turns out that I downloaded an amateur porn video on Xvideos (The video did not contain the username or channel that uploaded it, only the categories appear in the description). and Well, I uploaded it to my xvideos account and also in spangbank. It turns out that after a while I get an email from xvideos saying that I have a pending dispute for a report of non-consensual use of this video. In the mail it told me that I had to present proof that I had the permission and that way the video would not be deleted. Otherwise they would delete my account, the video and they could report before the relevant authorities. (this scares me quite a bit). In the case of Spangbank, they only removed the video. Finally, in the dispute, I only apologized for reuploading the video and asked please not to take the matter to the authorities. The resolution of xvideos was to delete my account. It was the first and only Report I had in my account. It scares me enough that they mentioned the authorities. When xvideos block a video immediately after uploading, you will be able to delete the said video. It is xvideos' copyright filter and/or blocklist filter that's doing it, I guess.
However, when a video is already online and it gets flagged, it is usually when someone reported your video, it is going to locked and you can't delete it. You are going to have to email content@xvideos for a counterclaim. The reasons are not inclusive to copyright, but xvideos doesn't exactly give any other details, so there is basically no way to create a proper counterclaim, aside from the fact that we just rip other people's videos.
Personally, whenever this happens to my account, I would immediately stop uploading and argue with xvideos that the report is malicious and a mistake, and then I would leave the account, and it remains live. I usually get 2 or 3 reports, and I would tell them every time that I give up and they can delete the video. Just be courteous, they know what's up, they'd understand![]()
