I really don't understand how these DMCA works. Even if i use amateur videos without any watermarks and pretty clear non professional content - i get pretty soon blocking actions.

I see other videos, like compilations with visible copyright breaks and they jump to millions of views and didn't get reported. But a unknown indian village slut is protected by everything...

How to grow a xvideo account if you don't know if the next video is your last one?

As i read, many people got this problem...

hi there

actually nowadays i dont see any copyright issue but i face total account banned without any email or anything , if copyright issue we receive email but total account deleted without any notification. and if try new account with that email it says email is blacklisted.

anyone face the same problem, if yes any idea how to avoid total account banned?

thanks

Guess a lot of BHW-ers want to know this.
Well, maybe someone actually has the answers about Xvideos :)
Watching the thread.

When xvideos block a video immediately after uploading, you will be able to delete the said video. It is xvideos' copyright filter and/or blocklist filter that's doing it, I guess.

However, when a video is already online and it gets flagged, it is usually when someone reported your video, it is going to locked and you can't delete it. You are going to have to email content@xvideos for a counterclaim. The reasons are not inclusive to copyright, but xvideos doesn't exactly give any other details, so there is basically no way to create a proper counterclaim, aside from the fact that we just rip other people's videos :anyway:.

Personally, whenever this happens to my account, I would immediately stop uploading and argue with xvideos that the report is malicious and a mistake, and then I would leave the account, and it remains live. I usually get 2 or 3 reports, and I would tell them every time that I give up and they can delete the video. Just be courteous, they know what's up, they'd understand:)

What videos of yours have been flagged and who do you think was behind it?
Why would they flag your videos in the first place, what kind of content was it? Studio production?

i think ordinary users report videos because from my experience only amateur videos get reported and get that message waiting for age verification documents. You'll know the report is malicious if the people in the video are obviously not minors and the video is ripped from other popular sites which also follow USC18. But there's no way to prove those facts to xvideos if you're not the copyright owner.

last time, i uploaded 400+ studio videos. Two amateur videos that I was not supposed to upload slipped past my attention and got uploaded. They got reported eventually. That account is still alive, but I stopped uploading, and will move on to another account.

xvideos is so weak to pornhub.
pornhub claim they have exclusive rights on all the videos uploaded to their website (even the uploader is also stealing videos from other places)
lots of fake claims

So what you're saying is... Studios don't even care you're cashing in on their private property while the competition, people who didn't make the amateur videos are reporting the videos and succeeding at that. And you just give up, churn and burn style, leave it alone... There is no other option, right?

What do you mean, if a person uploads a video...

And then if anyone reuploads it, it's marked as a copyright infringement?

Do some of you have experience with watermark the videos with domains (landingpages) does it convert well?

Botctakes no time so you lose nothing.
We're not thinking the same, then. With 1 account, you get a following, you can start/make a brand.
What you're talking is more of that churn & burn method which is make some and go onto another.

so upload on pornhub is the better alternative?

They are reading this thread right now and laughing:p
Because they knew the way of how to do that.

One tip that I can give you is to try AMU and you will get to learn fast way of doing this if you're really looking to do it, but on a serious note this method is too much saturated you can use this energy of yours in less saturated niche and earn lot more but if you are really interested in this then just go for it :)

I have no idea what you tried to say. What's AMU?
