Xrumer Plunge - Review type Info Needed

Almost ready to pull the trigger on my own copy of Xrumer. If anyone has experience with the real application and would like to share it would be appreciated.

I've run scrapebox and SENuke on my ISP, multiple instances in fact and they said nothing. Is Xrumer different or do I NEED a VPS or VPN? I'm thinking VPN would be fine if they did squalk.

Proxies, can I use a private shared proxy list or do I need one at all going through VPN or VPS? I'm thinking VPN with Shared elite proxies would suffice?

Any input is appreciated.

I'm talking full time automation here, non stop blasting/scraping.

Also, those that do blasts for your own sites, are you seeing significant decline after Penguin/Panda or is it still producing?

Not seeing the VPN vs VPS vs own ISP question answered to my satisfaction. Why would you want the added cost of a VPS or dedi to run the software? I don't see the benefit if you can get by without it.
