Question : I want to know why we should bookmark the RSS feeds.


In forums, I saw mutliple times "Bookmark your feeds".


So, I send an article, I create RSS feeds from the article link, I send them to RSS aggregators

=> then I bookmark those feeds..?!


What is the point to bookmark the RSS feeds ?

- To get more backlinks ?
- To get more traffic ?
- Something else ?

I was wondering the same thing myself. Seems like duplicate content anywhere on the net hurts you more than helps you, so I'm not sure of the purpose either.
