[WTH] Freelancer to make Android and IOs App

I am building a teaching app for a specific niche/community to help them study more efficiently by sending personalized daily learning portions that they choose. The app will be connected via API to a free library to bring in the texts, and then send the calculated portion of the day to the user who will then be able to track his progress.

The app will need to be developed using Flutter and Firebase, and we already have a clear set of features, mockups, and backend structure. It will be both for Android and IOs.

We are looking for a reliable and skilled developer to help develop the app with core features such as:
- Integration with third-party APIs for the library
- Study planner logic (daily portion calculation based on time or pace)
- User authentication and premium tier gating
