Wow! I just recently got into some CPA offers and I must say what a joke.

If I setup a system to maneuver traffic to an offer it takes time and I can't just "turn it off."

So when an offer reaches it's daily "cap" and get's paused .... they are basically just robbing free traffic!

Any thoughts?

I dont think they are robbing any traffic...it's you who needs to stop running traffic also sometimes the campaigns get re-directed to another assigned offer...best bet is to ask your AM before running any offer...or sometimes they will send you an email notifying you hitting the cap limit.

That is really not all that uncommon in the CPA industry... I have one that caps me at 50.00 a day and sends me an email when I hit that threshold. I just change the link to another converting offer.

They are the hand that is helping to feed me so I figure I'll work inside their boundaries and not argue.

in these cases most networks redirect the traffic to their next best converting offer from the same type, if you don't like it, don't use that specific offer or you can also rotate the offers on your side, so you'll hit the cap later if at all

possibly in your case they're doing this, because you're a new pub with them and that's how they protect themselves from fraud, but when they see, you're sending legit traffic, they remove the cap

you can always contact your AM regarding this

Could you explain how that works? What does "at 50.00 a day" precisely mean? I am just weighting all pros and cons of using CPA networks and want to understand all of the intricacies. Are there additional restrictions for best and worst converting offers?

Contact your AM before you run any offer with limited budget. If you can guarantee traffic, your AM will probably allocate a certain amount of budget exclusively to you.
