WTF am I ding wrong here? :O Image SEO in Wordpress

So the issue is simple: Even if I update the title field of the image while uploading the image to Wordpress, the title tag is not added when I check it using 'inspect' in browser.

See I have updated Title and Alt Text while uploading into Wordpress.

but when I open the webpage on a browser and click on 'inspect element' on the image that I uploaded, the 'title' attribute is missing! You can see that alt tag is populating correctly. But not the title tag.

What am I doing wrong here? there are many images without title tag that is hurting my website's seo.

Try to add these using the following method: your-keyword

Also, what i do is also add the same at caption and description.

Did you also check the microdata/schema markup?

What SEO plugin are you using?

is it the same for the pics in the content, if no, the problem could be related to the theme

Yes it is the same for all images. I am using Astra which is so famous

Can yo guide me what to check in microdata/schema markup or how to do so?

Try move to rankmath pro, import all from yoast. Ill come with more in depth answer tmrw

It's most probably a theme issue I guess, try adding the title tag on the html source of the post editor.

Check if there is a bug with theme or plugin, because sometimes it may happen
