WTB US VCC! (Shopify Verification)

Hello!
I'm looking to get a US VCC, that can be registered with my name and address.
Is it even possible? I texted many vendors today, and I couldn't find anyone who can actually provide what I need.
I'm sure some of you guys had issues with Shopify lately, whenever you register a new webshop with them, and try to pay the monthly fee with a debit card, they automatically shut down your website, send you a letter that you are high risk (the website is empty, so no risk yet) and refund your monthly fee and domain name expense.
I was reading the forums to find the solution for this, as I lost 12 websites thanks to this. And i found a post where people wrote that they shut down the pages because of the card that you use for the payment.
The cards are either my original physical bank card, or some revolut VDC. With both of the cards, they kill me instantly.
So I'm looking for a VCC with my name and address so I can pay the monthly fee of my websites.
