Outsource if you have the budget to support it, otherwise you can begin by yourself and you can use AI for idea generation (not content generation), that'll make pretty decent and quick articles. As long as you find good and affordable copywriters and you get to a point of rapid profitability that's all you're looking for. But make sure you got a plan B!

Like seriously you can do the two and start by yourself if you have the skill.
It depends on you.
What is your budget? Do you enough money to hire quality writers?

Write the content that can serve as a main template for every future content, then hire writers and ask them to follow that. It would immensely help for consistency and quality checking your future content

You can write the content yourself if you have good writing and SEO skills. Because not only content is enough for a website to get traffic and user attention. Content writing is not an easy task. It needs several skills to make it perfect. It is better you hire a content writer who can research your niche, choose keywords according to your niche, and create SEO-friendly content for you.

I always hire writers to save my time.

Before you write by yourself, ask yourself:
1. Can you write same topic on paper?
2. Can you type on your keyboard well?
If you can’t, hire someone to do it better.

It depends. If you are proficient in English and have less funds to start with, then you should write yourself. When the blog starts getting good traffic and revenue, you can then consider hiring a writer so that you can focus on other important things like SEO and monetization. Also if you want to scale and wanna make an authority site, then hiring writer makes complete sense.

If you don't have the money, or you firmly believe in Kiyosaki's "S-quadrant" or self-employed mentality (where you think to get the best results, you must DIY), write the content yourself. But hiring has the benefit of automatically disciplining yourself business wise. When you are doing the job, you have the luxury of giving yourself slack, even at the expense of holding your project up.

But as soon as you are paying somebody else to do it, one naturally snaps into the mode of "what am I getting from coming out of pocket from this?" You apply higher expectations or exact metrics for results much more readily to a hire than you do for yourself. So if your blogging requires consistent timeframes for producing content, you may be better off directing/jawboning a freelancer or gig worker, in order to stay on track.

If you don't believe you will be creating content as much as you want, is better if you get the writer, so if you do not feel like taking the long journey or you are more focused in get the content and as much traffic as soon as posible, get the writers, let them work.
