I stuck this on a brand new tech blog that I'm running, I scrape articles with GetArticle and then posted them on my blog, after that I checked my email and was pleased with the results 
I'm gonna wait for google to index them and then backlink the living crap out of them!
@OP Once my WP directory is set up do you think you could add my directory to your list?

WPSynIT posts to autoapprove wp blogs.
WPSynIT PINGS these blogs.
WPSynIT creates ONE RSS feed with all approved article links at
WPSynIT post the RSS link to 10 random STATUSNET MICROBLOGS and PING these blogs.
WPSynIT post same article to 10 moderated wp blogs AND add RSS link created.
WPSynIT then sends FULL REPORT of ALL created links as PROOF!
WPSynIT MAKES BACKLINKS!!!!! WHAT DO YOU THINK?
Sounds great! If you can add social bookmarking to the list, this will surely be the ultimate wp syndication plugin ever! (well, it already rocks right now!)

Well, I'm looking into every possible way to let WPSynIT create backlinks without members signing up at any site. You know, plug and play

already try this plugin
when i try to submit my article to 10 directory...
i got report and try to visit every link.
and i get only 7 links that works.
but overall this plugin is nice...
