Just do a post as normal in wordpress. The plugin will work in the background. And read the instructions in the adminpanel please.

Of course it is safe for adsense. It is only creating backlinks, NOT clicking your adsense

I was wondering what you guys are doing with the link list in the report emails you are receiving. Currently i add mine to linklicious.me to make sure they get spidered. Do you have any other suggestions what to do with the link report to get some more linking power out of it.
