Hi guys,
Does anyone here use WP4FB to help with their Facebook marketing?
I recently installed this Wordpress plugin, and have found the technical stuff really daunting. I've waded through it all, and have gotten it to work (for the most part) but I am having a serious issue with my fangate.
It's just not working!
I have gone step by step through all of the instructions, I have an SSL certificate installed on my domain, but no matter what...the fangate (The Pre-Like Page) does not show up in Facebook.
Now, the actual App with page tab DOES work...but the fangate does not (and I do have the box checked next to the text in the APPS section that says "Select if you want to enable the Fangate Feature (show a different page to non-fans)".
If any of you actually use this Wordpress plugin and you can help, I would appreciate it.
I've sent in a support ticket to WB4FB but their support is SUPER slow.
