WP menu issue

Hey, BHW!
I couldn't decide which thread to post this, so I decided to try here.
So I don't think that a really big issue, but my WP menu, looks like this -

And I dont really know how to fix it..

email the guy who made it and hope he patches it
if you're handy you can inspect element on that thing to figure out what the piece of code looks like and edit the proper files associated with it
since only you can see it (not regular visitors) wouldn't stress too much about it

Tried applying other themes, it still stays on..
