WP Content Egg Plugin (PRO) - Purchased and no response. Anyone know these guys?

So, I purchased the Pro Version of Content Egg. Upon purchase, it says that a Customer login/password for their website "keywordrush.com" will be emailed to you shortly. I emailed their support team, and still no reply.

Well, shortly hasn't happened, and I'm having trouble finding ANY sign of life from these guys. Nothing here, crickets on wordpress.org, and nothing in warrior forum. Their username across all forums is "wpsoul".

Curious if anyone has ideas? Love the plugin, and don't want to bash the guys before I hear back...But, if I'm buying software, there shouldn't be any excuse to not have a download & license for that plugin available immediately. We're talking about a simple plugin here.

Let me know if any of you have inside information on keywordrush or wpsoul.

Yes, it has a key. It's a great plugin honestly. I don't pay for a lot of plugins, but if use a lot of those affiliate sources then it's worth the $35 for Pro.

Strange that you should ask that question. What do you think this forum is all about? Why did you join in the first place? Have you not browsed through to see what people ask and talk about???
