Would this work with teespring?

If you mean copy the designs off someone else's t-shirts then thats copyright infringement and you'll get your ass sued...

Hate to be a party pooper but stealing other people's designs can lead you into a world of trouble esp. when you say a 'successful teespring campaign'.

You'll get found out...

If you mean make designs inspired from a 'successful teespring campaign' and that niche hasn't been too saturated then maybe you could make money.

You could scrape the likes/comments/follows of said 'successful teespring campaign' on their IG and see what happens...

So your saying if I take a teespring campaign and copy it identically i can get sued? Im not talking about taking a brand name logo like jordan or something and putting it on teespring, im saying taking a teespring campaign thats successfull and also using it, i really doubt the creator of the design owns the rights of the shirt since they are using teespring, im willing to bet in the terms and conditions of teespring, that teespring does own the rights to the shirts that are made.

SO how could the creator sue me if they dont even own the rights, maybe they do own the rights but im assuming they dont. Really not scared of getting sues i doubt anyone would sue its too small of a claim.

Lol.. You funny. That's if you stay in the same country/state as the owner of the design. Try making your own stuff pal.

Don't copy, but you can use a popular design to create your own.

Doesn't matter how big they are its copyright theft.

The artist will own the rights. NOT teespring. (But if teespring did own rights do you really wanna mess with a multimillion dollar company?!)

If they are good designs and the artist is making money (you said it was a successful campaign) then he's gonna want to protect his art/profits.

All my work is protected. I have image alerts/reverse image searches set up to automatically find my work all over the internet. So if someone uses my work they are in deep shit.

Its surprisingly cheap/easy to take someone to court and when you loose the case you pay allllll the costs.

Morally its not right to steal work but I'm also trying to stop you from a lot of stress.

Your initial idea has some credit but use your own designs and scrape said users on Instagram.

You might be even more successful then the original campaign...

Pffffth... You can easily copy a slogan/shirt...run the campaign for a few days and take the money.

Yes, I have the same query. To advertise another person's successful product and earn on it as an affiliate, not as the designer.

hey bro, i had a guy run a stupid basic ass design one time in my niche, without asking him i had a dude make me the same design and he only charged one 24 shoutout on my page (57K followers at the time) and in a week i sold 160 of the shirts, and profited $1,867 and i was 17 at the time (this was like 6 months ago, now page is at 117K and i'm 18) but i definitely say go for it, it's Instagram! who cares if someone gets mad at you for "Taking there design" i sure wasn't mad when almost $2,000 transferred to my bank account for moving my thumbs on my iPhone!;) do it man!!!

Nice. Its survival of the fittest. If people want to be kind then be kind to you mother...then rape and pillage from Instagram.
