Would a guest post on a 20 DA website be worth it?

Hi everyone,

So there's a website that, according to a website worth calculator, is worth a solid 70k and is offering me (well, anyone really) the chance to guest post. They have some strict guidelines but it's nothing I can't handle, I'm a good and fast writer.

The dilemma I'm facing is that they only have a DA of 20. My website is brand new, 5 posts in total (I'm posting once everyday) and I was wondering if getting a back link here would help or hinder me.

Check the website stats in ahrefs and semrush, if the metrics and traffic are decent and relevant to your website, then try with LSI keywords.
