WORST Experience EVER with DAN.com!!

If you remember I was selling my smm panel site in this thread , so me and @Danezz agreed for a fee of 1500$, which was far less than its real price, and we choose dan. com as a safe place to conduct our transaction, everything seemed good, buyer paid for the account and I transferred my domain to dan com . I then asked @BassTrackerBoats to close my thread... . I had to wait for 10 hours untill their decision, and them trasferring domain to buyer. and then this email came:


Good day,

In cooperation with Adyen, our fraud detection team has marked your transactions as fraudulent. After conducting additional research, we’ve assigned a high fraud score on your user profile and therefore have canceled the transaction, deleted your account, and refunded all your current sales with us.

Please send us the email address to push the domain back to your account.

I was like WTF, nobody in my life called my fraud. I developed this site from 0 and am the first owner. What could go wrong. They didnt provide any reason and now my domain is stuck with them , I sent emails, and smn from their team contacted and said theyre after hours now and will return my domain tomorrow, I wrote them my Namcheap email, 5 minutes after their mail came. Seems like they did it on purpose , no ? What to say, a huge disapointment. They destroyed my potentially good deal. You can't rely on anybody these days. Even 5 star reputations, is sometimes rubbish. Beware.

If it was dan's fault
why can't you & the buyer re-negotiate another platform?
Or did that cause the buyer to dip also :s

Its not illegal mate, selling likes views, followers. theres no such law against this. Even some famous companies did this.
by the way, forgot to mentioon. Seems they owned by GoDaddy. That should have been a red flag to me..
escrow doesnt support payments to my country sadly...

Dan has nothing to do with it, but in my opinion the payment method is to blame. It appears that the buyer used a stolen card, which Ayden was able to identify (it is a payment processor company like stripe)
 
Sorry about what happend to you, that really sucks that you are doing all fine and then they just came up with this, thank you for sharing this it will help us to be carefull.

The buyer said me he got same message , and he was ready provide his ID to verify its his card
 
Either buyer / seller have recent chargeback or chargeback pending as mentioned by processor marked this as high risk
