Worpress Autoblog Needed

I need to implement an autoblog feature to this theme (http://myfreeinsurancequotesnow.com/wordp/) and looking for someone to set this up for me.

1. Feeds will be coming from Google Alerts (sample link: http://www.google.com/alerts/feeds/06799283722669473415/3941832098588203335)
2. I would like to have need 9 categories (Life, Auto, Annuities, etc... that you see in the gray strip), but I can live with 8
3. Feeds need to update every day (once a day) with 5 posts each
4. I already have hosting accounts
5. Here's the kicker: If we can do this, I am planning on creating about 50 - 100 of this wordpress theme with different colors, and looking for someone who can do this for me on a regular base.
