Working continuously from last 36hrs+ No sleep!

The longest I have worked without taking a decent break would be around 12 hours. I usually follow pomodoro technique so I'm getting regular breaks anyway but I never pushed beyond that.

Sleep is very important and high amount of coffee or Red Bull will only affect your productivity. Plus, after a decent sized break, you get to take a look at your work with fresh eyes and often times, you'll find a better way to do that same thing.
 
That’s a wrong strategy remember jack and Jones both worked same hours, yet jones used to get paid more, and jack less, jack got upset and asked his boss wtf why is he getting paid more we’re putting in same hours. His boss replied jones takes a break now and then sharpens his axe and then continues to work thereby increasing performance and productivity hope you get it
 
I've been in hospital from burnout, and its because of working simultaneous days like this, so make sure you have a rest and only make this a one-off every so often.
 
Jeez man, just don't get your brain fried with over activity. Continuously doing that has health implications
 
I can' t work too long without taking a break....I think break will give you more energy to work with full concentration.... And yes always remeber health is wealth
 
Don't do that again. There is no IM after you die.

huh what BIG projects u do ? is doing just one Big project or also others that why you spend so much times?
 
I'm working around 16-18 hours per day. Must be taken sleep at least 6 hours.
 
Not more than 3 hours. If I work long hours, I will fall asleep while sitting on the chair. :D
