Working continuously from last 36hrs+ No sleep!

I don't know why you would do that. You probably would get twice as much shit done with a few breaks and a few hours of sleep in between.
Just because you're working long hours doesn't mean you're working effective :p

Can you tell me what substance you use? i need that:alien:

Currently i am not doi g anything. Just sleeping.

Done with work. Not feeling any symptoms or uneasiness. Hitting bed now, cya!

For me in order to work long hours I need to do certain things.
  • Eat well
  • Sleep well
  • Meditate
  • Workout session or go for walking
  • Stretching
  • Hanging from the pull up bar.

I only can do that , provided things get on track at least constant monthly income, simple because you been pressure yourself daily to push yourself . This is the tough road for everyone i guess

Present Carona situation it's good that you continuously working sitting at home. Take rest bro, it's good if you take some time to chill.. otherwise migraine is ready to attack you..
This post really made my day. "Migraine" is the biggest problem when you don't sleep, for sure.

Working 1-2 hours , watch something or do something else and work go back to work again.

The small breaks are there to get me refocused instead of overthink on stuff.

Yeah this is just stupid. Your efficiency drops the lesser sleep you get. You take longer to do the same work. Get some sleep and resume work the next day.

Wow :D it looks like there's someone who's a lot more workaholic than me. My highest was probably 32 hours which I made on last month... caffeine has helped me a lot.

I went out to a client once when I was working for a local IT company providing server support. Me and a colleague worked on a failed server all day and evening, through the night and into the next day. I think that was probably 20+ hours. The server itself was in the loft space as well, so we couldn't stand up

I think thats the longest I have worked without sleep and I try to avoid now days. Generally I find that there is a point where you actually become far less productive and in reality its better to work less but be more focused on what you are doing - thats better not only for getting the actual work done, but it also makes for a better work life balance.
