Working continuously from last 36hrs+ No sleep!

My longest was in a range of 30-40h, don't remember what exactly it was as ages have passed since. I took a pill of modafinil (I think it was called that way) Its basically a nootropic. I didn't want to sleep for 40h and I felt super inspired and brainfogless. But after it was a hell of a crash for a few days...

I believe we should manage work with rest well as its better to consistently put in a fixed amount of hours per week then to over hustle for weeks get burned out and depressed and then just lose it and do nothing for months...

Also what I have noticed sometimes you sit down on a coding problem and can't solve it for hours. Then boom next day feeling rested and the solution comes up easily. Thumbs up if somebody had the same experience.

I remember i worked for 3 days non stop ( no energy drink no nothing) but it was bad now i can't do that and i won't because sleep is good so your brain refresh.

I remember was a study you can not work after 4 hours continuous at the same quality. I prefer to do a marathon in the morning then fuck about later in the day.

I also have a rule of 3 things a day, I will not destroy myself like in my early 20`s, not worth.

I have tried it many time, always a shitty experience :)

Work smart not hard

> bangladesh/nepal VA. $1 per hour

I woke up & I don't feel it any different. All good. It was my first time though. I might not do it again in this year..

Yeah this is just stupid. Your efficiency drops the lesser sleep you get. You take longer to do the same work. Get some sleep and resume work the next day.
Its opposite actually. That might have taken a week or 10 days. Maybe depends on the work we do? I'm happy with the results

what is ur opinion about modafinil, it's worth even taking once? or when it's ideal for taking it? I haven't search that at all but I was watching movie "limitless" and it has this pill that makes you smart and they the real-life equivalent but less effective its

It mess up with your brain chemistry. Its synthetic drug.
12-24hrs after my last does, I always end up with massive depression.

Just take basic drug aka coffee(caffeine), and mix it with l-theanine(green tea powder).
It makes your more focus, chill, +boost your motivation.

First of all modafinil is not limitless... And am the wrong person to ask. I have tried it only once and only because of my best friend got it somehow from the pharmacy.. Also, I had an amazing effect and felt energetic and focused for 40h. But my friend who took it didn't experience anything at all...
