What is more productive for you?

There has been a lot of debate lately as to which one is more productive

I am getting used to work from home and so far loving it as I get to do my tasks on time but I am thinking of getting office like setup

Hows it going for my peeps?

My preference is to have an office at my home in short following the WORK FROM HOME Concept.Having a seperate office definately helps with your Mindset and Work Efficiency.

Both, I like the quiet home, but I also like the social office .. =)

.

When I started my company, at the beginning, I was working from home. However, when I started employing staff I realized that working from home (for me as well as for the employees) is not productive at all.

It actually depends on a person's preference. Some people like to interact and works better by close contact with colleagues, gossiping with colleagues behind someone else's back about the day they saw john with someone else that looks like a foot.

Some people, like me, prefer to work in an environment where I feel like i'm alone, in a cold, dark place, surrounded by colorful LED lights pinned to the wall, sound proof walls, with 6 monitors, rolling up in a blanket like a burrito, hates people and not gonna let anybody disturb me or else imma release the kraken.

I've tried both, actually have my own office with my team in it, but i can't seem to work in an office environment. My brain shuts down.

I become 1000% more productive that way and my super introvert personality reflects it.

funny how personalities show the different ways that people are.

I realise that for me working from home can sometimes hurt my motivation a lot, office and being around people is still very important for a social animal like me :)

I find working from an office is much more efficient, however, that office could be at home so. It's just the office set up that works for me.

Library. There is a fantastic library where i live and being there gives me extra motivation to do works.

It depends on the kind of work. For my job, I don't care if I am working from home or office (and yeah... we are not under cctv and keylogger. Our company gives us the freedom to work when we feel like, and cares about the goal much more than what we are typing). All I need is unlimited coffee lol. If given a choice, I would rather choose to work from the office 2-3 days a week, because working from home only can be pretty boring.

Of course you will love to work from home. There's no debate, employers hate it, workers love it. If you are a worker you don't have much choice. You will have more chance of retaining the job by working from office. Companies want control over workers. I have heard some of 'em are requiring to turn on web cams all the time for work from home employees. Some of 'em are enforcing 9 to 12 (midnight) work day. Its crazy.

The day this happens in our company, I quit the company and look for a better job OR become a freelancer.

Which is the easiest to have a quick wank during the day?

I used to mostly work from home. But since Covid lockdown, I can't be productive at home. Now I rent out a small space at an office block just to get away from the house

Office for me. But i hate traffic.

Working from home makes me lazy. (I live with my parents :p)

all of my children have been at home since March... So I would have preferred an office as I would be more productive. But when they are at school, it is easier. I like being at home with my family though

Getting dressed isn't an "office setup" ;)

Got office at home but its away from home. Even in the house I prefer to have a room I can close the door on at night and forget about "work"

So id say im in-between with my stand alone building..
