WordPress Web Developer (Basic Niche Blogs)

Looking to hire a new freelancer familiar with building WordPress websites/blogs.
Will be needing 1-3 built each month, with about 15% of the work already done (Installed on my VPS, Menu's Created, Needed Pages Added)
I will provide the articles, usually around 10-15, & will need Copyright Free featured images to be added with each article.
I will give some examples of how I am wanting the Design/Layout which will need to be similar for each site.
Paying $60/Site since I will be need a few a month & is a long term gig.
