wordpress small site migration.

I have a small wordpress website, content and images are less then 300 mb, right now its hosted with godaddy, but i want to change the hosting, so i want some one who can transfer my site ( data ) to new hosting, and please suggest cheap and good hosting service too, content is only 300 mb and i am not going to add anything, its just a information site so i want cheapest and good hosting. Thanks.
