WordPress Simple Page Redirection Issue

Hi All,

I have a simple site w wordpress installed. Using the cpanel I set up a permanent redirect to a URL to lead to a youtube video.

Whenever the link w redirect on the site is clicked I get a page on my WP site that says...
"Oops! That page can’t be found.

It looks like nothing was found at this location. Maybe try a search?"

Is there an easy way to set up an easy redirect in cpanel or must I do this in the WP admin area because it's loading this error page?
