Hello,

Currently we are building a website in Thailand for Real Estate servicing both Rental and Sales. We are using a template called Realia which is a theme. The template is pretty standard and we have a lot of custom changes that we need made to service the Thai property market.

1) Does anyone have any great templates or clone sites available that offer great user functionality?
2) Please can anyone who has built property sites previously drop me a PM and can arrange a price for custom changes to the theme?
