I have 5,000 subscribers to my blog.
Recently I got an email from my web-host saying that they are suspending my blog because I am sending too many emails.
The problem is because when i make a post, it will try to send blog updates to all 5,000 subscribers at the same time.
My host has a 500 emails an hour limit.
So to solve the problem, I was advised to install a plugin for wordpress that limits or spaces out the blog post updates to 500 per hour.
A suppose its a SMTP rate limiting plugin.
However I cannot find anything free. So does anyone here have a plugin for wordpress that will do what I have in mind?
