Wordpress plugin for notifications.

So I was wondering, if there is any plugins for wordpress which would allow me to diversify my notifications to my visitors, depending on their geo position. Meaning, that if I was to get visitor from US, my blog would show him something US related, if the visitor was russian, accordingly his notification from my site would be russian related, and so on.... Am I jus overthinking LOL

It could be done, but ip addresses change a lot and get reassigned. You should therefore need to use an ip database like Maxmind.

After that you could apply some conditional logic to output different messages.

scripting platform? few years ago I did the same thing with HTML and Java Script. We check country of IP, according to country - page opened.

How about a simple redirection to page based on user country?
