Wordpress Newsletter Plugin

Hi,

I am currently thinking of building my list. My req. is:

1. Grab the FirstName & Email of the prospect.
2. Double Optin for confirmation
3. Subsequent emails with articles and offers (manual/automated, anything is fine)

Did some research and found:
1. Mailpress (Complex)
2. Newsletter
3. meenews
4. Simple Newsletter Plugin

Please anyone enlighten me which one to use (unlisted plugins too)
