So, if I love WP, I must reply? ok, I replied. :D

I love it because it is flexible. I can easily do mods and fit my needs.

+ there are many many many plugins.

Also, it is robust. If it 's up it 's working.

I freakin love WP! There are so many useful plugins. Allows me to focus on content and not on the techie stuff. I can start quick with a website (without much knowledge in coding) and allows me to stay flexible (if I don't like the look, just change theme)

I wont add to many plugins because seems to slow the site down a bit.

Wordpress model has great potential to develop different type of sites. Many things can be casted as posts. With some modification to the theme you can be very flexible.

Recently myself and couple of friends developed a website with user contributed content-articles. What they write is formed into a post and creates a totally different site than a blog.

WP is really really great :)

Ya the possibities are endless with WP !

I love it because you don't have to learn html and css to make websites. If you edit some things in theme files you can even make it look like a real website. In the future i would like to learn making my own themes though.

I HATE setting wordpress up!!
Its a NIGHTMARE especially trying to use stupid godaddy!!!

It is a bit tougher to set up on GoDaddy, but setting it up on hosting with CPanel and Fantastico is a breeze.

I did find it took a short while to get used to it, but I am using WordPress for almost everything and loving it now.

I just hate fcuking wordpress...my site get's indexed very slowly which i hates more than anything...already wasted almost 1 n half month using wordpress...again going back to Blogger...

As someone who earns a living developing premium WP themes and plugins, I've gotta say I LOVE WORDPRESS.

Before bailing on it completely, you should try running an SEO-tuned theme or one of the myriad SEO plugins out there. There are plenty of options for free.

I've seen alexa rankings drop by 6 figures and SE placement rise to the front page in a couple weeks when running the proper theme/plugin combination
