What do you mean when you search? Does plugin work, id you try visiting old permalink to see if you get redirected?

It works for me here. Are you sure you specified correct structure of old permalinks?

Hey buddy, I want to put STUMBLEUPON, DIGG and PINTEREST buttons below my LIKE, TWEET and G +1 buttons on the right side of my site. These are coded by my friend who have quit internet marketing so I was wondering if you could help me out on putting buttons there. Thanks!

Hmm I can only tell you how I did it. I generally don't like going into big series of tutorials. What I do is set myself a goal. For example, let's create a theme that will have functionality ....
Than, I empower my big friend Google and search. Thankfully, www is full of WordPress questions/answers/tutorials and you will almost always find what you need.
Than I apply that solution and in the process I understand it, so that you know for the next time what needs to be done and how.
Applying this process, I learnt very much about WordPress, and since you are already familiar with web development, I believe it will be piece of cake for you to start developing awesome themes and plugins.
I am not alone, I have 2000 midgets working for me

Ok EXE that was the problem, I switched to a subdomain on another site and uploaded the xml file and it works fine now using the same theme same content.
I have to change to a new hosting now, not having much luck with Godaddy customer service. Thanks for your help.

And as you already know by now its a clone wordpress theme for pintrest.com
What i want to have is some functionality like when you roll over image on homepage of pintrest you can see pinit and share it options i would like to have such option for my home page images too
I have tried a tutorial which gives me roll over effect like pintrest but its only for post images not featured images can you help me with this
I can make an admin account if needed i would appreciate if you can put a small tutorial here so no just be but every one who making websites like this can benefit but any kind of help would be more appreciated
