Ok, try this first.
Delete everything but leave databases for now, and then restore your old content, except databases.
I believe malware is not in the database itself but implemented in your files.

so dont delete the database? leave them alone. Delete all the files and the ftp up my old ones?

I guess you are talking about WordPress.com subdomain.
I am afraid that they limit their free accounts. You will have to go with your own hosting for that.

A follow up question to my previous question..
As far as developing sites, since you are saying wordpess has a lot of plugins and good themes as foundation..
Can you say then that WP can save you a lot of time and money compared to HTML? (assuming both have equal skills in their specialty and both work as fast as the other)

Well I would say so.
Look at that this way - you are working on the website for a client which is total noob with computers, and you need to teach him how to add new content to his website every day. Now you see the difference between static html page and WordPress cms.
WordPress is really user friendly, you can be much master and more productive in WordPress that in writing static html.

Depends, I would suggest GoDaddy or Namecheap. Price for .com domain there is around $10, but you can easily find coupons for $8 domains etc.

I have a totally newbie question, sorry! my hosting is with bluehost, and for free themes you just click a button to install, but for my next site i want to download a premium theme - how do i install it? i can't understand ftp or anything like that, is there a simple way?
