WordPress External Link Generator Plugin?

Hey guys I need some help:

A few years back I remember having a plugin that would scan my content and generate external links that showed up in little clickable buttons underneath the WYSIWYG editor. When you clicked them, they would automatically hyperlink relevant phrases with these external links making it insanely easy to add to posts. Does anyone know of a plugin that can do this for EXTERNAL links? I have been using Link Whisperer for internal links and it works great, but I need something for external links and I, unfortunately, can't find the plugin I used previously or anything that works similarly. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

this is new to me, well i heard people are using that. i was not able to find it, anyone knows the name?
