Wordpress expert please help.

i use hestia pro theme.Whenever i install any chat plugin im unable to access my homepage but rest pages works fine. i get

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /index.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

But when i deactivate plugin it works. Any help would be greatful.
i tried all online methods like deleting and new htacess file method and file permissions but nothing works.

What about when you change theme, what happens then?

its a free plugin named tawk to...not cracked or something...pure one.

Changed theme dosnt work.....only happens for that plugin...deleted redownloaded etc but nothing helps.

This could be due to server dependency.
(your server doesn't have required PHP extensions maybe)

ok i installed some other social plugins and narrowed it to curl issue.I use free host so its php is not allowing external requests. But still i dont understand why tawkto cant access index and gives forbidden error.

Free Host for cms like wordpress is not a good choice. you have to waste time fixing these small things. ( where you can utilize time on actual productive things).
Namecheap provides really cheap hosting solutions. i have paid ~10$ per year. which is equal to a meal at dominos or pizza hut.
Consider paying for hosting, I am sure you won't regret
