Wordpress Error - Help

Howdy!

Today I logged in my wordpress account to check my website.
Then I could not update or eliminate plugins saying "update/elimination failed"

Then I tried to post new articles in my site and it saying:
"Your link has now expired.
Please try again."

Any thoughts? Literally can't do anything.
