Wordpress + Elementor = Bad webvitals metrics

Hello how are you?

My site was developed with Wordpress + Elementor , but the element makes it very difficult to get good webvitals metrics on the site, does anyone have a tutorial or step by step how to improve webvitals metrics? Thanks

Have you considered ditching Elementor? It can be really difficult achieving good scores with page builders.

Gutenberg is getting better and along with a good Blocks plugin, it can be really powerful. And it's fast.

Think of these combinations: Astra + Ultimate addons, Kadence + Kadence Blocks and GP + GenerateBlocks (probably the fastest).

I am switching all of my Elementor to Oxygen, which is a lot better, faster, and cleaner.

Can you share a list of plugins you use on your site?

You can get good scores with elementor. I have a site getting 95+ mobile and 99 desktop with elementor and astra.
That's on shared hosting as well.
I compress images with imagify and have phastpress and wprocket plugins.

Try a different stack, if you are not afraid to learn. Could be laravel/yii2. Could also be some JS framework like nextjs (for example nextjs + strapi + tailwind instead of bootstrap). They are much more lightweight. You could still get away with wp if you don't use a heavy plugin/theme, but just so that you know; there are much better options for a blog.

Thanks for helping me, and yes, I already thought, but the element helps me a lot to make these A+B with layouts because I don't know much about programming. I'll do the tests you commented, thank you very much for your help.

I noticed that PlastPress does a lot of things that WP Rocket does, doesn't that conflict?
