Wordpress Development Domain - Suggestions Please.

I would appreciate opinions on what to do with this domain. I considered selling it, but not sure what the value would be, I saw one comparable here recently that was close to $500 but not sure that it sold for that. I considered developing it, but if so I would need assistance, but is it really worth doing. Is the name a good one to do that with? Thanks for the input

try to develop it then flip it.

In my opinion, 24 characters for a domain is too long.
