Simply install "All in one Seo" OR "Yoast Seo Plugin" and then write in Google how to set up these plugins. You will find many step by step tutorials with images to set up. Resubmit sitemap and wait.... Google will recrawl your website and remove duplicate content wiithin next 2 weeks approx.
