wordpress ads on button click?

I am running a website that have download links on page and i it is click for decent amount of times a day.

SO, I was thinking about the possibilities of running ads on download click just like some movie streaming sites have.

I looked on google but could not find any solution or way to do it.

well not with link shortener, i already have that but earning from that is little less.
So, I thought for Adsense linked to that button, like whenever a button is clicked a popup window with ad opens and download get start automatic.

I saw this functionality on various movie streaming
sites as well as on zippyshare etc.
