Wordpress Admin Customisation

Has anyone got into customising wp admin area?

I have tried in the past wp client panel but what was a really promising wp admin customisation plugin looks like is no longer supported and has been dropped like so many others and does not work with the latest version of wordpress.

Are you using a good plugin that can customise the admin area of wp and if so what has your experience been?

These are ok, I was looking for something that almost redesigned the backend.

wp client panel did this and in a nice easy way, so something similar or better than that would be on the cards, plus easy to use.

There are many plugins that change the style and layout of the WP Admin interface.
